We work with owners, founders, creators and operators on the technology behind the next stage of what they run. Sometimes that is one problem to fix. Sometimes it is something new to build, or several projects that should have been one.

We start from what needs to change, and the right service follows from that. A missed inquiry can be a website problem, a process problem or both. An idea for an AI product needs more than a model. Once we know which it is, the first piece of work is easy to name.

You know the customers, the constraints and the history of the business. We lean on that when deciding what to build, what to leave alone and what counts as done.

The person who approves the work, the person who uses the tool and the person who looks after customer information are often three different people. We find out who they are early, so nobody is surprised later.

Where this is heading

Our long term goal is one system that runs the technology side of a business, with all six services working together. Today we build that by hand, one client at a time.
