The free audit

What the audit is, what to share and what happens after you ask for one.

An illustration of the conversation, from the current situation to possible next steps.

Where it starts

The audit puts your business or your idea in front of us before anyone decides on the work. You do not need a specification. You do not need to know which technology to use or which service fits.

Tell us what happens today and what you want to be different. One real example beats a polished brief. The order that gets stuck, the question your audience keeps asking, the task that eats more of the week than it should.

What the intake asks

Six questions, one at a time. Your answers are sent when you finish the last one, and the last one is optional.

Who you are
Your name, so the conversation starts with a person.
Where to reply
An email address, so your findings have somewhere to land.
Where the world finds you
Websites and public profiles, or a sentence about something that is not public yet.
What brings you here
Leak if you are losing time or money, Leverage if you want to grow, Luxury if you want something built for you, or not sure yet. Your answer shapes the next question.
What should be different
An open question about the work, what you know or what you want built.
Anything else
Optional. Answer it or skip it, and the intake is sent.

What to share, and what to leave out

Public links to a website, a channel or a product show us where you are starting from. If nothing is public yet, describe the idea and who it is for. You can explain a problem without attaching customer records.

Tell us what has to stay, who has to be involved and what is already decided. If you have a budget range or a date in mind, say so and we will work with it.

What happens next

A person reads every answer. We look into the business or the idea, and we may come back with a few questions. Then you get the findings and the routes we could take.

The next step can be a single service, a first project or a closer partnership. Any work is scoped and priced before you decide. Asking for an audit commits you to nothing.

What the audit covers

The audit reads what is public and what you tell us. It is not a security test. Giving us a website address does not authorize us to test it, and a security assessment always has its own written scope.

It is a first look at your operation. How deep the work goes, and what we need from you to do it, gets settled in the conversation that follows.
