Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what information Caduceus collects when you use this site or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the work requires, we use it for the work, and we sell it to no one.
What this policy covers
This policy covers caduceus.inc and the information we handle when you browse the site, submit the audit intake, or correspond with us. Caduceus is operated by Damax LLC (“Caduceus”, “we”, “us”).
It does not cover the practices of third parties we link to, or the systems we build and deploy for clients. Those run under the client’s own ownership and policies.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what serving the site requires:
- Audit intake. Your answers to the intake questions: the pathway you pick, whether you write as an individual or a business, what you tell us about the operation, and the contact details you leave so we can respond.
- Correspondence. Email you send us, and the address it comes from.
- Technical basics. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve and secure the site.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, payment details or credentials through this site.
How we use it
We use the information for the work and nothing else:
- To read your intake and respond with our findings.
- To correspond with you about an engagement.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To meet legal obligations where they genuinely apply.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
How it is shared
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except in these narrow cases:
- Service providers. The site runs on hosting, form storage, and email providers that process data on our behalf under their own security terms.
- Legal requirements. If the law validly requires disclosure, we comply, and where permitted, we tell you.
- Business transfer. If Caduceus is ever acquired or reorganized, this policy follows the data.
Cookies and tracking
The site works without advertising trackers. We use at most the minimum needed for the site to function, such as remembering your theme preference, and standard, privacy-respecting measurement of how the site performs. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.
Security and retention
Intake submissions are stored in access-controlled infrastructure, reachable only by the people who need them to do the work. We keep information for as long as the relationship it serves. An intake we never take forward is deleted rather than warehoused, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Wherever you are, we honor the substance of modern privacy law, including the GDPR and the CCPA. On request:
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to a use, or withdraw consent you gave.
Write to contact@caduceus.inc and we will act on it. No forms, no runaround.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly weaken it.
